His earlier career experience in investment banking, which culminated at the board level, includes marketing international capital market issues and loan underwriting to governments and private sector customers in the Americas, Europe and the Pacific Rim.
Hugh Oddie was born and raised in Cambridge, England. Schooled at Eton College and Exeter University he earned an honours degree in Economic Theory and a postgraduate Certificate in Education. He taught Economics and English literature in England, Spain and Mexico prior to his banking and marketing career.
Mr. Oddie lives in Toronto, Canada, is a Past Master of the Honourable Company of Freemen of the City of London of North America, and is presently a member of the Brand Council for the Canadian Marketing Association. He writes, as yet to be published, poetry.

David has designed, specified, built, selected and implemented a wide variety of value oriented application systems during his 20 plus years of experience in this field. He has practiced as an independent consultant in the CVM field since 1997.
David's expertise in measurement of customer value and practical application of CRM has led to consulting and speaking engagements throughout North and South America and the Middle East.
David's past operational experience includes serving as Director of Finance Trust and Investment, Director and Controller of Retail Banking and Director of Accounting Systems for the Canadian operations of Royal Trust Corporation, a member of Royal Bank Financial Group. During that time he gained extensive experience in business planning, organization restructuring, product development, market development and information technology.
Before launching his Finance sector career, David specialized in selection and implementation of financial systems for a wide variety of clients as a Consultant in Coopers & Lybrand’s Information Technology Group.
Professionally accredited as a Chartered Accountant in Ontario (1985), Mr. McNab holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University at Kingston.
